A long awaited and must have app. Updating the database is too long. You should provide an incremental update.

So it was excellent when I was able to use it but I have not been able to use it for over a week. Its stuck on a page and I cant get to the home page no matter what I do. I have installed an update, restarted my phone multiple times but it just wont budge. I have no choice but to delete and reinstall it to use it, or just get more comfortable with the uptodate app.

This was a great app until recently when I was unable to navigate back to the home page to do a new search. Its stuck on the same page with no option to go back. Please fix this.

This app is not usable. Its been frozen since I downloaded it! Could you please fix it...

Followed three page instructions and downloaded DynaMed..NOT DynaMed plus as instructed to the bottom of page one...Only option seemed to buy Dynamed plus as no email access as advertised . Tried this on several separate occasions similar to when promoted months ago. Generally multiple failures persist... rate me as zero

Not optimized for the iPad pro. Does not use "system font." There, the text appears very small. Search is not as good as the website.

Good info, problems with app: 1. Switching out of the app causes you to loose what you searched for. 2. Updates stop if app is switched out of. 3. Updates take excessively long (I think this is because every time there is ANY change a page, the entire page has to be downloaded again instead of just the new part that changed. This means you are just re-downloading the same information over and over, with minor changes.) 4. Multiple unlinked indexes. (eg. when you search for "Gout" half of the search results dont link to any information, they are dead links. This is likely because someone changed the index name and pointer without deleting the old, but similar index name.) Aside from that, good, updated info. Just needs to be easier to work with.

Thank you for bringing back Dynamed as a stand alone app! The Interface is clean and simple. The menus are intuitive and easy to navigate. The only downside is the initial website loaded for log in; it is loaded within the app. Depending on your screen size, it might be difficult to navigate. Basically, you load dynamed website from your institution, then click on MOBILE tap, enter your email address. From within your mobile device, open the email, click the link and dynamed app will activate. Really neat and simple way to activate the app!

I love Dynamed as a resource, and this app does a good job of making it accessible on mobile. But they need to make a better system for it to update its information. If I go three days without opening the app, there are always nearly 200 updates waiting to be installed for me. And the updates cant be installed in the background. I have to have Dynamed open on my phone and I cant access any other functions on my phone, or the updates will cancel. I use this app so I can quickly access Dynameds info and recommendations on mobile. But that benefit is lost when I have to wait 30 minutes to install the updates. If these updates could happen automatically in the background then this app would be perfect.

Such invaluable resource, but there are some issues.....Otherwise the database is awesome, 1- annoying update (takes too long)....I like it being updated almost daily but it takes too long and it does not update in the background.... 2- layout: I have iPhone 6+ and it would be great to adjust the display to fit the screen resolution 3- alert me for highly important news in medicine

The app is missing content. Syphilis, for example, exists online and in the Omnio version but it is missing in this version. Great start but needs some touch ups as other users point out. Ill be excited to update with five stars once they get the kinks out.

The updates that make it unusable until they are completed is a major drag... Makes me turn to medscape or epocrates if Im in a hurry.

Dynamed falls so far behind. None of their apps actually load. Their online items are not formatted for my screen. Unbelievably frustrating. Guess Ill go back to UpToDate. Get with it, guys.

Every time I switch to a different app and back or my screen goes into sleep mode I lose my page and it makes me log back in and I have to perform search again; very inconvenient for a physician. Other than that flaw nothing to complain about, but that is enough for me to stop using it all together
