Followed three page instructions and downloaded DynaMed..NOT DynaMed plus as instructed to the bottom of page one...Only option seemed to buy Dynamed plus as no email access as advertised .
Tried this on several separate occasions similar to when promoted months ago.
Generally multiple failures persist... rate me as zero
